Prior to discovering UX, my background is marked by a blend of experiences in environmental studies, customer service and community outreach consultation. For years I worked directly with clients, honing my ability to understand diverse perspectives and navigate interactions with empathy at the forefront.
My experiences instilled in me a passion for user advocacy, reinforcing the belief that user-centric design is not just a methodology but a commitment to enhancing lives through thoughtful solutions.
My goal as a UX designer is to contribute this unique fusion of community-driven empathy and customer centricity to an in-house design team. Being a UX designer to me represents an opportunity to learn from different perspectives and contribute to impactful products that resonate on a larger scale.
